All(most ) toll free numbers for any bank,insurance for that matter any organisation or business establishment in the US of A start with 1-800 .Thought this was simple and more consumer friendly .Now namma oorlayum this thing has started. I saw Samsung ,LG customer care ads having a 1800 number ...Toll free so its good for customers .. but is the service up to mark ???
